Founded by Chuck Reitzel, RA, NCARB, LEED-AP in early 2022, Studio 785 is a small Architecture Firm located just south of St. Louis, Missouri in northern Jefferson County. Studio 785 was founded on a simple principal. Provide energetic, creative, construction efficient, and cost-effective design solutions.
Prior to forming Studio 785, Chuck was a Vice President and Project Executive at two of St. Louis’ renowned Architecture Firms specializing in Multi-Family Housing and Historic Adaptive Re-Use. At Studio 785, with over 20 years of experience, 100 projects and 13,000 dwelling units, Chuck will continue his passion in both Multi-Family Housing and Historic Adaptive Re-Use while expanding into Single Family Homes and Light Office/Retail Projects.

Chuck obtained his Bachelors Of Architecture from Kansas State University in 2001. Chuck is a certified member of NCARB and maintains active registration in 12 states across the mid-west and south-east regions of the United States.

Studio 785 is a comprehensive Architectural + Design Firm that serves both residential and commercial markets. Our client range includes developers, contractors, investment agencies, and homeowners. We design distinct spaces for live, work, and play including but not limited to, custom single-family homes, multi-family housing, senior living communities, mixed use developments, historic adaptive re-use, and office/retail tenant improvements.
Other areas of expertise include due diligence inspections of existing structures, existing condition analysis and documentation, site selection studies, planning and zoning consultation, master planning, and third-party plan review and construction inspections.
