Phase 1 is located at the southern edge of the site and consists of 48 Townhome Units, 14 Carriage Home Units, and a Clubhouse Building with Pool. Phase 4 is situated at the northern edge and consists of 30 Townhome Units and 9 Carriage Home Units.
